
allow up to 48 hours for the Return Authorization to be Approved. Once approved by an Allied Business Solutions
Representative, you are authorized to return you product to the address in the label, together with the RMA Number. (Please
type in the box the RMA Number provided by Allied Business Solutions).
We will email you a link to UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS website where you can print the return label. Make sure to write down the tracking
# for your reference. Make sure to get a proof of pick-up from Fed-Ex to insure that the package was properly received. NO
CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY. You should only return a product using a trackable delivery
method. If the tracking number is not valid or signed for you by someone from our warehouse, you will not receive a credit or a
replacement.
-Please do not ship any product until your Return is approved and you receive a Prepaid label to your email.
In the event of the purchase of a defective item you can either request a return for a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is
requested, Allied Business Solutions will cover the shipping costs of the replacement order. Please note that the shipping
method to use in the replacement order will be the same as the one selected in the original order.

Lost Orders
A lost order is an order where the tracking information says only that the billing info has been received by the carrier. When an
order is lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx, a claim has to be filed. After three days, if the package doesn’t appear, a replacement
order can be done and the claim number put in the new order. We have to follow up on this claim until we get the money or
someone gets the package. When an order is delivered to a wrong address the same will be done. However, when an order sent
shows delivered or signed and it’s the right address, the main reason why the customer hasn’t gotten it, is probably that it was
stolen. In that case, there’s no claim to be done and we cannot do anything about it. No order will be replaced.
When customer wants to return an OEM cartridge:
Please note that we will only accept OEM Returns for 60 days from date of purchase (If the items are unopened and the original
manufacturer has not accepted the item back). OEM items should be returned to the OEM company for warranty. Warranty on
OEM items is provided by the manufacturer directly. There should be information inside the box on what the customer needs to
do to request an exchange from the OEM.
All unused returns on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our vendors do not allow us
to return non-defective items after 60 days and they charge us a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong item, please make
sure not to open the box.

Little things you should know before returning a product.
We do not charge any re-stocking fees. If you changed your mind, the product is defective or simply do not want the product,
you will get 100% of you money back less shipping
.
All non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition. Original packaging (manufacturer's box,
styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.) Because some of our customers have requested new products without returning their defective
merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a
replacement product right away, we suggest you request a return for refund and place a new order. Your new order will be
shipped immediately.
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the
label used to return the item or the brown shipping box.
Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a
returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will notify you by email. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity
to make pay for the shipping it back to you.
Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided
to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each end user's specific
application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can
affect supply life. As long as your product return qualifies with the restrictions above, we will refund or replace your product for
one year from date of purchase.
Refunds
After the return is received at the warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be shipped to our Returns Warehouse,
depending on the shipper. Please also allow approximately 10 days to process your return/credit after it has arrived at our
Returns Warehouse.
Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If
you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited after your return is received. If you request a replacement
product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your
replacement product ships after that depends on product availability but normal ships the next business day.
We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the
timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process. Every effort will be to
ship the new order within a few hours.
Restrictions
It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives you a fair test of
the quality of the product.
Customers that have ordered an incorrect product, can only return the item within 30 days from the date of the purchase. OEM
(ORIGINALS) OPEN ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
If an item is returned for a refund you will be refunded for the amount of the items less the shipping costs, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS
DEFECTIVE. We do not refund shipping costs seeing that we provide a pre-paid label for the return and we do not charge
restocking fees.
How to Return a cartridge?
Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue
date. To obtain an RMA number, please login to "My Account"
Once logged in, under the Orders column, click on "Request a Return".
Enter the Reason why you are returning the Cartridge in the "Reason for Return" field
(top right), and select the item number on in the drop down list. Then click on add.
The status of the Return Request will be "Pending Approval". Please
