Track Your Order

To see the status of your order, you have to login to "Your
Account", click on See Orders and you will see all your
orders in a list. Click on the order you want to track and it
will display the status of the order.

  • Pending Approval - The Order hasn't been approved yet. After Payment
    Information is Verified, we will Approve and the status will be Pending
    Fulfillment.
  • Pending Fulfillment - The Order has been Approved and it is ready to leave
    the Warehouse.
  • Pending Billing - The order has shipped and your card will be charged. A
    Tracking Number has been emailed.
  • Billed - Order was Shipped and Charged.
  • Cancelled - Payment couldn't be Verified.

We ship UPS, USPS and occasionally FedEx, so please make sure you are entering
the tracking number in the corresponding carrier's site.
