QDirect.SCAN
To streamline the process for sending hardcopy originals to a print center for
centralized production, QDirect.SCAN is the answer. This product is a bundle
comprised of an eCopy Connector for ShareScan and RSA’s QDirect enterprise
print management program. Documents are scanned and ticketed using the
friendly eCopy interface. The job and an electronic ticket are instantly sent to
QDirect. An acknowledgement receipt, with job thumbnails on the reverse side,
is automatically printed at the MFP for the submitter. The job is then ready for
automated production on any printer in the print center without operator
intervention.
